DIRECTIONS IN PROCESS OF STATE AID IN POLAND COMPARING TO EUROPEAN UNITY SOLUTIONS

State aid is nowadays one of implements used to improve the competition on economy field in many countries all over the world. State aid needs to be addressed, monitored and exploited properly in order to become an efficient tool to overcome barriers in local business, and further on – on international markets.
Subject of state aid arouses lots of controversy on the fields of state aid circumstances and profits in opposite to EU antitrust policy.When state aid is used too often it can cause less motivation in effectiveness of companies and can threaten economic competition on the global market.
