“You see how we are meeting”. Selection of letters by Lena Vincenz to Jerzy Stempowski

Abstract

The paper contains a selection of letters from Helena Vincenz, Stanisław Vincenz’s first wife, to Jerzy Stempowski from the years 1940–1945. The letters were preceded by commentary, which is primarily intended to outline the context of the correspondence and show selected wars threads, as well as an editorial note containing comments on the editing of the letters.
