This paper discusses Lista uchybień, a play that addresses the subject of work in cultural institutions; the situation of employees in changing social and institutional realities and the difficulties they face as a result of the gap between expectations and opportunities. The performance is thus part of a broader discourse on the transformations taking place in the perception of the role of cultural institutions.
