This paper explores the phenomenon of museums operating in Verkhovyna, one of the main centers of the Hutsulshchyna region in the Ukrainian Carpathians. It provides a description of their history, the scope of their interests, and outlines the biographical trajectories of their founders. The aim of this paper is not to analyze the phenomenon but to present it to a broader audience.
