Konflikt na osi praca – dom jako wyzwanie współczesnych społeczeństw pracy

Artykuł podejmuje problem konfliktu na osi praca–dom jako jednego z kluczowych wyzwań współczesnych społeczeństw pracy. Celem opracowania jest analiza teoretycznych ujęć konfliktu ról zawodowych i rodzinnych oraz prezentacja wyników badań empirycznych dotyczących jego uwarunkowań i konsekwencji. W tekście omówiono klasyczne i współczesne koncepcje, m.in. model Greenhausa i Beutella, teorię zachowania zasobów Hobfolla oraz teorię granic ról Clark. Wskazano także na znaczenie czynników organizacyjnych i kulturowych w kształtowaniu równowagi praca– życie. Na podstawie przeglądu badań polskich i międzynarodowych wykazano, że
konfl ikt praca–dom ma istotny wpływ na dobrostan psychiczny, relacje społeczne oraz efektywność zawodową. Artykuł podkreśla potrzebę systemowych i organizacyjnych działań wspierających równowagę życiową pracowników.
