On 29–30 March 2017 at the Ostromecko Palace near Bydgoszcz took place the International Scientific Conference “World Order Anno Domini 2017”, in which the partner was the Toruń Center for International Debate. This article is about Africa and the possible scenarios of development in this fastest growing continent. The author focused on aspects such as the infinite process of decolonization, identity problems, the growing role of the BRICS Group as an alternative to existing donors, and the African Union’s position in providing a continental peace.References
