Artykuł poświęcony jest tzw. "czystym" zagrożeniom agrarnym. Wśród nich: czynniki klimatyczne i pogodowe; ryzyko produkcji i technologii; ryzyko zerwania norm sanitarnych; ryzyko przechowywania, transportu i realizacji agrarnego towaru; ryzyko utraty praw do ziemi. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja ryzyka w ukraińskim rolnictwie i jego klasyfikacji, a także opisanie najbardziej znaczących zagrożeń nieodłącznie związanych z rolnictwem, biorąc pod uwagę także doświadczenia międzynarodowe. Autor oddziela specyficzne ryzyko związane z Ukrainą: ryzyko państwowej cesji finansowej i odszkodowania z tytułu odszkodowań.
