At the e-mail address dostepnosc@umk.pl, you can submit requests for disclosure of unavailable information and submit complaints about the lack of availability. The request must include: contact details of the reporting person, indication of the page or element of the page to which the request relates, an indication of a convenient form of disclosing information, if the request concerns disclosure of inaccessible information in an alternative form. Consideration of the notification should take place immediately, no later than within 7 days. If it is not possible to provide accessibility or an alternative form within this period, it should take place within 2 months from the date of notification at the latest. In the event that the entity refuses to comply with the request to ensure the availability or alternative access to information, a complaint may be made against such action. After exhausting all possibilities, the complaint may also be sent to the Ombudsman.
