Due to the decision of the Ministry of Education and Science to discontinue cooperation between Poland and Russia under the agreement on cooperation in the field of science and technology concluded on August 25, 1993, the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń suspends scientific and didactic cooperation with all Russian and Belarusian universities until further notice, scientific institutions, publishing houses and scientists. The consequence of the above decisions is the exclusion of the availability of publications posted on the Academic Journal Platform in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus until further notice.
