The aim of the present paper is to defend the classical Misesian-Rothbardian-Blockian position on indifference against its nowadays critics – be it neo-classical economists (the outstanding representative of which is Bryan Caplan) or Austrians (especially against the ingenious attempt by Hoppe, Machaj and, recently, O’ Neill). Furthermore, the paper attempts to solidify the Blockian concept of the same good (units of the same commodity), which – if conclusively solved – would halt Nozick’s challenge and would thus allow for the unproblematic formulation of the law of marginal utility.Bibliografia
