Announcement to Prospective Authors – Warning Against Fake Communications
The Editorial Board of Comparative Law Review (CLR) wishes to alert all prospective authors to the existence of fake and counterfeit emails and webpages that falsely claim to represent our journal and offer publication opportunities.
CLR editors do not send emails offering publication of articles. Any message claiming that your article has been accepted, invited, or fast-tracked for publication, or offering publication in exchange for a fee, is fraudulent.
All authors should always verify the sender’s address and ensure that any correspondence originates from an official CLR or editor’s institutional email account associated with the journal. Messages sent from generic, private, or unofficial email addresses should not be trusted.
CLR's official webpage address is: https://apcz.umk.pl/CLR. Please note that the address: www.comparativelawreview.umk.pl automatically redirects to the webpage: https://apcz.umk.pl/CLR.
To independently verify the authenticity of CLR, authors are encouraged to use SCImago Journal & Country Rank which redirects you to the journal’s official website.
We urge all authors to exercise caution and to rely exclusively on the journal’s verified website and official editorial communication channels.
