Osuchukwu is a certified Librarian of Nigeria (CLN), and Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria. She has presented and published many articles, locally and internationally. She is currently doing her Ph.D in Department of Library and Information Science in Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria. Her research interests include community information and engagement, literacy, ICT and library development, women, children and social justice. She is a member of National Association of Library and Information Science Educators (NALISE) and Nigerian Library Association (NLA).
