Péter, Kiszl, Librarian and Economist, PhD, habil., Associate Professor at Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary. He is director of the Institute of Library and Information Science (LIS), head of the Department of Information Science, director of the LIS PhD Programme, head of the LIS BA and MA programmes, director of the Centre for Digital umanities, chair of the Board of Trustees of the University Library Foundation, member of the Management Committee of Distant Reading for European Literary History of the EU-funded European Cooperation in Science and Technology Programme (COST Action CA16204) and member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Digital Humanities (Springer Nature). His research interests include information and knowledge management, business information, entrepreneurship development of training in LIS and digital humanities.
