Abstrakt


Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie jednego z modeli pozwalających na  dokonanie pomiaru oraz oceny sukcesu systemu informacyjnego. Model ten opracowany został przez W.H. DeLone’a i E.R. McLeana’a na podstawie analizy badań empirycznych. W pracy przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne modelu, charakterystykę wyodrębnionych zmiennych oraz zależności między nimi a także przykłady badań go weryfikujących.
