Including as many individuals as possible to fully participate in social life occurs, inter alia, in the field of education and through education. In this article, the idea of inclusion as well as its applications, conditions and limitations are discussed with reference to the program texts of the Protestant Church in Germany (EKD). They are based on a specific concept of man and community life. From the anthropological perspective, inclusion is not only a political, legal and ethical question, but it is also related to a specific educational concept. It concerns the formation of a new individual and social consciousness, the basic determinant of which is inclusiveness as a constant practice of life.</p> ER -
