These barriers may be associated with the disabilities, and thus the biological and psychological conditioning. They can also not be connected to the person<br />with disability and those are the ones that have been analysed in detail. Presentation of the most important legislation calls into question the lack of attention to security conditions to<br />carry out the tasks of life for people with disabilities at every stage of life. However, implementation and enforcement of rights appertained to persons with disabilities is associated<br />with a lack of willingness to integrate on the part of able-bodied members of society. Overcoming this barrier takes time because of the change in attitudes towards disability.
