Bogomolets, Kiyv</strong></p><p align="center"><strong><sup>2</sup></strong><strong>SE “The Institute of Stomatology of the NAMS of Ukraine” (Odessa, Ukraine)</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Aim: To determine the periodontal condition at intestinal dysbiosis and high-fat diet (HFD) and the influence of an oral gel containing arginine.</p><p>Materials and methods: We used a mucous-adhesive phytogel containing cardioarginin (14% on a 4% CMC). Intestinal dysbiosis was obtained using lincomycin (60 mg/kg). HFD was prepared by addition of palm oil to the feed (final fat content in the diet 25%). Dysbiosis was calculated according to the levels of urease and lysozyme, inflammation was expressed in terms of inflammatory markers (MDA and elastase). In the gums there were determined the content of hyaluronic acid and the degree of atrophy of periodontal by Nikolaeva. Gel applications were performed at the dose 0.3 ml / rat daily.</p><p>Results: Intestinal dysbiosis on the HFD background causes in the development of periodontal dysbiosis, inflammation and tissue recession. Oral gels containing arginine have parodont-protective action.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key words: periodontal, dysbiosis, fatty food, inflammation, arginine, oral gels.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Реферат</strong><strong></strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>При воспроизведении кишечного дисбиоза на фоне высокожирового рациона в пародонте крыс развивается дисбиоз, воспаление и рецессия тканей. Оральные аппликации геля, содержащего аргинин, оказывают пародонтопротекторное действие, что свидетельствует о важной защитной роли окиси азота, образующейся из аргинина.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Ключевые слова: пародонт, дисбиоз, жировое питание, воспаление, аргинин, оральные гели.</strong></p><p><strong>ьные гели.</strong></p>}, number={3}, journal={Journal of Education, Health and Sport}, author={Borisenko, A.
