A representation contract is a specific legal relationship that is not easy to classify. On the one hand, it is based on a great deal of mutual trust, but on the other it should secure the parties’ basic interests in the event of malpractice. The change that has been taking place in the legal services market for the last few years has shown that there is an upward trend in claims cases against professional attorneys. The above indicates that both the attorneys and their clients encounter difficulties within the framework of their relationship. This publication is intended to discuss the representation contract with respect to the obligations of the client and their effect on the possible liability of the attorney.
