Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie podobieństw między autokratycznym, leseferystycznym i transakcyjnym stylem przywództwa a zachowaniami mobbingowymi. Zastosowane
metody obejmują obserwację i przegląd literatury. Artykuł wskazuje, że style przywództwa i zachowania mobbingowe ujawniają podobieństwa z zachowaniami mobbingowymi Leymanna o numerach: 1, 5, 12. Dodatkowo, kobiety w autokratycznych / autorytarnych rolach przywódczych są
postrzegane mniej pozytywnie niż męscy autokratyczni przywódcy zgodnie z teorią zgodności ról. Rekomendowane są dalsze badania nad adultyzmem w miejscu pracy w Polsce.
